  • Right Bus Life Coaching clients come to us via word of mouth or previous experience, therefore, currently, no marketing activity is carried out that targets individuals.
  • Contact details are maintained purely for the purpose of being able to carry out our coaching work with the client.
  • Right Bus Life Coaching does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 and conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 and its successor the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • The data collected is used solely so that we can carry out what the client requests of us. No information is passed outside of the company.
  • Session notes remain held for 12 months after completion of the coaching programme unless the client requests otherwise. After this period, all copies are destroyed or deleted.

  • If you explicitly provide permission to keep your contact details after the coaching programme, these will be held securely in case we need to provide relevant future information.
